DevOps with Kubernetes

Producing software at scale requires a sophisticated process - incorporating development, testing, deployment, and monitoring into a single workflow - spanning multiple people and teams. This 4-week course will introduce students to the concepts in modern Development Operations and provide hands-on experience practicing these concepts with Kubernetes, an open source Google backed system for deploying applications in a containerized fashion. Topics will include version control, continuous integration, containerized applications, and deploying applications to the cloud with Kubernetes. Students will apply these concepts to develop a basic web service application, deployed on a Kubernetes cloud cluster.
